Role Responsibilities

The Sales Recruiter will collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to identify candidates and swiftly enhance the global sales team.

The impact of this role is significant, influencing team expansion, cultural dynamics, and revenue generation.

  • Partner with the Head of Sales to recruit high-performing sales professionals.
  • Utilize BREEZY ATS to shortlist and interview top-tier sales candidates.
  • Implement outreach strategies to attract quality candidates through LinkedIn, networking, and various market approaches.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires in conjunction with the internal Sales Operations team to ensure a seamless transition to Department Heads.
