A comprehensive understanding of claims processing, product performance, and effective communication is essential for providing a seamless experience for both customers and business associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries and grievances related to product quality and performance.
  • Assess the legitimacy of claims based on product details, warranty conditions, and company guidelines.
  • Maintain transparent and consistent communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders about claims and their resolutions. Collaborate with fabrication partners to address customer issues by offering solutions such as replacements, repairs, or credits in accordance with company policies.
  • Identify and implement corrective actions to resolve recurring issues through effective communication with fabrication partners.
  • Work closely with, train, and guide fabrication partners to ensure a uniform approach in managing, fabricating, and installing products.
  • Translate complex technical information into practical insights for customers and partners.
  • Provide strong leadership and support to a team of Field Service Technicians (FST), guiding them through complex customer claims.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Outstanding customer service abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in active listening and asking clarifying questions to understand customer concerns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to investigate and resolve product-related issues.
  • Adept at examining complaints for factual accuracy and proposing timely resolutions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in customer relationship management and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant field experience.

Experience: 1-3 years in account management or claims handling.

Systems: Familiarity with Google Suites, Salesforce, Oracle; ability to interpret technical drawings/documents is advantageous.

Additional Requirements:

Managerial Responsibilities: Oversee Field Service Technicians assigned to the area.

Physical Requirements: This position involves office work and travel, requiring the use of phone and computer. Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds of product samples and materials.

Travel Requirements: Local and overnight travel may be necessary.
