Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional responses to mortgage lending inquiries, focusing on delivering an exceptional member experience.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM as the primary record of contact to manage member interactions and track progress.
  • Conduct consultative reviews to understand member needs and provide tailored solutions, explaining mortgage programs and processes, and gathering and reviewing member documentation prior to submission to the Fulfillment Center.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Bethpage's mortgage program guidelines, policies, and procedures, identifying opportunities for inter-departmental cross-selling.
  • Manage a pipeline of purchase and refinance loans, serving as the single point of contact between the fulfillment center, settlement, and service vendors.
  • Meet individual KPIs that contribute to the financial success of the organization.
  • Comply with all aspects of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) regulatory requirements.
  • Support related areas of the team as needed and contribute to departmental initiatives, such as the ARM modification program and mortgage recast.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or telesales, with prior lending experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Mortgage Cadence, cView, OSI, and Salesforce.
  • NMLS licensure.
  • Strong collaborative, sales, and leadership skills, with a focus on inspiring teammates and driving results.
