About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets by developing a territory-specific growth plan.
  • Prospecting: Meet or exceed prospecting activity expectations as determined by Sales Management.
  • Client Acquisition: Secure prospective client appointments via participation in targeted telemarketing, drop-offs, cold calling, and other selling strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Update sales software database daily/weekly as advised by Sales Management.
  • Closing Deals: Prepare for client appointments by performing client research, tailoring sales materials, and using available resources.
  • Meeting Timelines: Meet with prospective clients to secure their business and implement appropriate follow-up client meetings to complete the sales process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred with a minimum of 3+ years of business-to-business, outside sales experience focused on new account generation, preferably selling a service.
  • Skills: Shown success in developing new business and generating sales leads within an assigned sales territory, strong presentation and communication skills, consultative selling approach, ability to influence decision makers at all levels of an organization, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce, valid driver's license.
Benefits
  • Base Salary: $55,600-$65,000 annually.
  • Uncapped Commission: Monthly commission with on-target earnings of $100,000-$120,000 annually.
  • Car Allowance: $500 + mileage reimbursement monthly.
