About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding career opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join our team at Woodruff Sawyer. As a key member of our account management team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most complex and high-profile accounts in the industry.

You will work closely with Producers and Account Executives to develop and implement strategies to grow our client relationships and drive revenue growth. Staying up-to-date with the latest market trends and developments is crucial, as you will provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support relationship management efforts of Account Executives and Client Relationship Directors
  • Analyze carrier quotes and coverage offerings and negotiate terms with carriers to provide the best recommendations to clients
  • Deliver client service in the absence of an Account Executive

We offer a competitive salary between $86,250 – $143,750 based on your experience and location. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for an incentive program to earn additional compensation with a target equivalent to 8% of salary annually, based on individual and Company performance.
