Are you looking for a challenging role that leverages your technical expertise and business acumen? We are seeking an experienced Technology Transfer Specialist to join our team at Dynamics ATS Organic.

About the Role

In this dynamic position, you will advise and assist in technology transition or transfer of MMO products and services through the appropriate Office of Research and Technology Applications (ORTA) and its officers. You will be responsible for formulating and executing effective technology transition or transfer strategies tailored for MMO products and services, assessing product market viability, commercialization opportunities, foreign releasability, and corresponding Intellectual Property (IP) management plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise or assist in formulating and executing technology transition or transfer strategies for MMO products and services
  • Evaluate product market viability, commercialization opportunities, foreign releasability, and IP management plans
  • Coordinate U.S. Government, U.S. Industry, and foreign government requests for technology transfer of MMO products and services through applicable technology transfer agreements and authorities
  • Advise or assist in the execution of specialized agreements, including those governing the use of MMO products or services in derivative works
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, Business, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in technology transfer, commercialization, or intellectual property management, preferably within a government or military context.

Additionally, you should possess skills in technology transfer strategy, agreement management, export control and compliance, and security cooperation, as well as proficiency in intellectual property management systems and tools, and competence with Microsoft Office Suite.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
