As a Business Development Director, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, managing operational aspects of the business, and leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and build a loyal client base.
You will work closely with the management team to maintain a clean and organized studio environment, manage payroll and scheduling, and ensure seamless communication with clients. Additionally, you will participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.
Key Qualifications include a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in sales or management roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position. We offer a competitive estimated salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
