About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Corbus, specializing in Global Aviation and Consumer Goods. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional to grow their career while making a significant impact on our revenue growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Sales Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and referrals. Drive new sales through collaborative cross-selling solutions and marketing events.
  • Client Acquisition: Translate business goals of new clients into actionable plans and strategies to ensure successful partnership establishment.
  • Solution Selling: Approach sales from a business solution perspective to address customers' true needs, aligning with Corbus' services.
  • Consultative Selling: Apply consultative-selling techniques to advance ongoing profitable revenue growth opportunities for Corbus.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and monitor the sales pipeline to analyze win rates and win/loss ratios, ensuring continuous population of immediate and long-term opportunities.
Requirements
  • Strong Presentation Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with key business executives, articulating strategy and solutions to drive results.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication, time-management, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current with market trends, industry participants, new technologies, and business models to position Corbus' capabilities aligned with client objectives.
  • Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel frequently, with flexible work location options supported by the Miamisburg, Ohio world headquarters.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package is also included.
