Position: Executive Administrative Coordinator
Location: Covington, Kentucky
Compensation: $16 - $17 per hour
Work Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday
LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a skilled Executive Administrative Coordinator for our client based in Covington, Kentucky. This role is tailored for a meticulous individual with a solid foundation in administrative functions, eager to enhance a vibrant team.
Core Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Ensure a well-organized office setting by managing supplies, overseeing mail distribution, and coordinating maintenance tasks.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, appointments, and travel logistics. Prepare agendas and document meeting minutes accurately.
- Communication Management: Act as the main liaison for both internal and external communications. Compose, revise, and disseminate emails, letters, memos, and other communication forms.
- Document Organization: Oversee both electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are readily accessible and properly archived. Assist in the creation and formatting of reports, presentations, and various documents.
- Data Management: Input data into multiple systems and databases with precision. Maintain and update records to ensure all information is accurate and current.
- General Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the team, including calendar management, expense report preparation, and support for special projects as required.
- Client Interaction: Welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere. Manage phone calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience is essential.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and perform under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
