Benefits and Onboarding Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits and Onboarding Coordinator to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual with a passion for HR and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Benefits Administration
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to employee benefits.
- Collaborate with benefits providers and vendors to address employee concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Onboarding Coordination
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation sessions to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Prepare and process new hire paperwork, including I-9s, tax forms, and other required documents.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure new employees are set up for success from day one.
- Provide new hires with information about company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Employee Engagement
- Act as a liaison between employees and management regarding benefits and onboarding-related matters.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HR systems and databases.
- Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure all benefits and onboarding processes comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare reports and analyze data related to benefits and onboarding metrics.
- Assist in audits and prepare documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration and/or onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, benefits administration, and relevant labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Competitive hourly wage ($22.00 to $26.00 per hour).
