Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits and Onboarding Coordinator to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual with a passion for HR and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Benefits Administration
    • Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
    • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
    • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to employee benefits.
    • Collaborate with benefits providers and vendors to address employee concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Onboarding Coordination
    • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation sessions to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
    • Prepare and process new hire paperwork, including I-9s, tax forms, and other required documents.
    • Partner with hiring managers to ensure new employees are set up for success from day one.
    • Provide new hires with information about company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Act as a liaison between employees and management regarding benefits and onboarding-related matters.
    • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HR systems and databases.
  • Compliance and Reporting
    • Ensure all benefits and onboarding processes comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.
    • Prepare reports and analyze data related to benefits and onboarding metrics.
    • Assist in audits and prepare documentation for regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration and/or onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, benefits administration, and relevant labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
