Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 100% Onsite
Role Summary:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a committed Office Administration Specialist to provide essential support to our client in Covington, KY. This position is full-time and requires onsite presence, with no options for remote or hybrid work. The ideal candidate will exhibit meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational capabilities, and a strong dedication to delivering superior administrative assistance.
Key Duties:
- Execute general office tasks such as answering phone calls, managing schedules, and organizing meetings.
- Draft and refine documents, reports, and presentations as necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring prompt and accurate distribution.
- Oversee office supplies and maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and the upkeep of accurate records.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless office operations.
- Provide additional assistance to the team as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an Office Administration Specialist or in a comparable role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High degree of professionalism and discretion.
