  • Input budget estimates into the project management system and meticulously monitor financials, analyzing discrepancies between quotes and actuals, and coordinating with account executives on subsequent actions.
  • Work alongside the resource manager to identify suitable resources and project timelines.
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Initiate and attend both internal and client-facing project planning and status meetings.
  • Engage extensively with the project management system: establish project schedules and ensure task completion to maintain project momentum.
  • Provide continuous project updates, including kickoff meetings, regular internal check-ins, and client communications as necessary.
  • Track and report on project progress while addressing any obstacles that arise.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows for both the agency and clients.
  • Inspire team members involved in the project to complete their tasks within the established timelines and budget.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in comparable roles, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Experience in marketing, e-commerce, and retail is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
