The Project Lead will collaborate closely with the client services team to guarantee that all deliverables reach the client punctually and within financial constraints. Although this role is primarily internal, it may involve some client interaction and communication. An effective problem-solver, the Project Lead must be skilled at foreseeing challenges and identifying opportunities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with account executives from the beginning of the project to aid in the formulation of project plans, including cost estimates and timelines.
  • Input financial estimates into the project management system and monitor budgets meticulously, analyzing the Quote vs. Actual (QvA) and coordinating with the account executive on subsequent steps and solutions.
  • Work alongside the resource manager to ascertain suitable resources and timing.
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Initiate and participate in internal cross-departmental project planning and status meetings.
  • Actively engage with the project management system: establish project schedules and ensure task completion to maintain project momentum.
  • Provide continuous project updates, including project kickoff meetings, regular internal check-ins, and client communications as necessary.
  • Track and report on project advancements while addressing any obstacles.
  • Encourage team members involved in the project to fulfill their tasks on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline.

· Over 2 years of experience in comparable positions, preferably within an agency setting.

· Familiarity with marketing, e-commerce, and retail is advantageous.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
