Regional Sales Executive - Remote

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual who thrives on building relationships and providing assistance to seniors. The Regional Sales Executive will primarily engage with clients in their homes, conducting installations and offering training on our innovative products (90% of the role), while dedicating the remaining time to generating referrals and fostering community connections.

Compensation: The earning potential ranges from $75,000 to $80,000, with unlimited commission opportunities.

This position is fully remote, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

Position Overview:

The Regional Sales Executive is a field-based role that offers the unique opportunity to install and train customers on ClearCaptions equipment, significantly enhancing their quality of life. You will work independently, engaging with a diverse clientele, primarily seniors, in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install ClearCaptions products and connect them to existing services, with comprehensive training provided.
  • Educate customers on product features and usage.
  • Build relationships with local retirement communities and organizations.
  • Organize and participate in senior-focused events to educate consumers about our services.
  • Develop partnerships with hearing professionals to promote our caption telephone services.
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of equipment and supplies for customer service.
  • Generate leads through referrals and community engagement.
  • Adapt to new responsibilities and opportunities as they arise.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers within your assigned territory.
  • Engage actively with local senior organizations and events.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools to keep accurate customer and territory records.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in outside sales, either B2B or B2C.
  • Preferred experience working with seniors or in the hearing health field.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Home office equipped with high-speed internet.
  • Proficient in computer skills and internet usage.
  • Comfortable working with seniors and individuals with disabilities.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Discretion and sound decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and modern communication tools.

Physical Demands:

This role requires effective communication with individuals experiencing hearing loss, necessitating travel to various locations, including customer homes and community events.

Work Environment:

100% remote work from home, with exposure to various weather conditions during travel.

Compensation:

Base salary of $45,000 plus uncapped commission, adjusted based on experience and location.
