Facilities Administrative Coordinator

Position Overview:
The Facilities Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance services. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer support and effectively managing service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients and ensure timely completion of service requests.
- Organize, manage, and update work orders as necessary.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and vendors to guarantee the fulfillment of work orders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new vendors, establishing a list of preferred partners.
- Act as a liaison with contractors to address any issues related to service repairs.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
Essential Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrating excellent customer service through various channels.
- Proficient in using the phone to connect with both new and existing vendors/customers.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working independently while exercising sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, with a focus on speed and accuracy in typing.
- Familiarity with standard office equipment and the ability to operate it efficiently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Education Requirements:
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
