Key Responsibilities

  • Gather Union & Administrative timesheets on a weekly basis
  • Input labor, equipment, and third-party vendor commitments into Excel daily
  • Process labor timesheets for the Payroll Department weekly
  • Submit equipment timesheets to the Equipment Department weekly
  • Organize, scan, and file timesheets and receipts for multiple projects on a daily basis
  • Verify, reconcile, code, and approve vendor invoices using an electronic system (pVault) and log invoices in Excel daily
  • Conduct weekly audits of job performance
  • Compile documentation to prepare billing packages and change order packages
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed

This position involves field assignments, meaning the candidate will be allocated to a project site for its duration. Most projects are located in California, primarily within the LA Basin area, with some in Nevada and Arizona.
