Position Overview:

The Facilities Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operational processes within the organization. This position is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support the maintenance and management of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
  • Organize, manage, and update work orders efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and vendors to guarantee the successful completion of work orders.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with existing vendors while identifying and establishing new preferred vendors.
  • Act as a liaison with contractors to address any issues related to service repairs.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills that reflect a commitment to customer service.
  • Proficient in using phone communication to engage with vendors and customers.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, with fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Knowledgeable in operating standard office equipment efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters appropriately.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to multitask.

Education Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess at least a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
