Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate robust teams and processes to support and expand business in a dynamic and evolving sector.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's business landscape, including competitive challenges and opportunities within the financial sector.
- Foster an interactive environment that delivers exceptional results for both the agency and clients.
- Serve as an inspiring leader who establishes context and sets the tone for the team.
- Balance the roles of agency advocate and client supporter, ensuring alignment between client and agency objectives.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration among teams.
- Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships.
- Oversee agency performance by identifying challenges, understanding capabilities, and bridging gaps.
- Lead the execution of account plans, targets, and business goals.
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure efficient account management and identify opportunities for profitability enhancement.

- Ensure that account activities contribute to the agency's growth, including capability development, knowledge sharing, best practices, succession planning, and case studies.

Uphold and champion agency values and guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Extensive management experience in digital marketing, advertising, product development, or consulting.
- Proven track record of leading and influencing client engagements.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, customer relationship management, product lifecycle management, and digital marketing strategies.
- Expertise in fostering strong senior-level client relationships across marketing, customer experience innovation, technology procurement, and finance.
- Passion for emerging technologies and digital products.
- Demonstrated experience in profitably managing a significant business unit.
- Familiarity with the product development process.
- Experience with both waterfall and agile project methodologies.
- Appreciation for the nuances of digital production.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to drive and deliver new and organic business.
- Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Capacity to respond swiftly to assess and implement solutions.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
