Position Overview

We are in search of a Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to spearhead URW's initiatives in the Media and Experiential Sales Division, known as "Westfield Rise." This role is pivotal in crafting and executing an innovative market approach that focuses on vertical sales strategies and product development narratives. You will support the sales team in establishing new partnerships, monetizing existing relationships, and creating new revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vertical Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement strategies for various industries (e.g., Luxury, Automotive) to demonstrate how advertisers can collaborate with Westfield Rise for enhanced brand engagement.
  • Sponsorship Development: Create meaningful sponsorship opportunities that integrate seamlessly into Westfield locations, collaborating with design and development teams to enhance consumer experiences.
  • Data Insights: Utilize rich data and insights to reinforce vertical narratives.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to identify needs and opportunities, developing vertical narratives and rolling out new initiatives.
  • Project Roadmap: Oversee the development and management of a roadmap for vertical narrative implementation and product development to ensure timely achievement of milestones.
  • Innovation: Continuously seek new capabilities and innovations to maximize market opportunities, collaborating with the SVP, Tech Team, and Operations for execution.
  • RFP Support: Assist the sales team with strategic RFP opportunities to enhance revenue growth.
  • Leadership: Inspire and manage a Director of Business Development and Innovation as a strategic partner.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand trends and competitive dynamics, with a focus on media, experiential, and sponsorship innovations.
Qualifications

  • Strong decision-making skills that advance business objectives.
  • Experience in leveraging industry relationships for new product and revenue opportunities.

Exempt

$200,000 - $250,000 + Discretionary Annual Bonus
