As the Senior Vice President of Client Partnerships, you will spearhead client success initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop robust teams and processes to support and expand business within a rapidly evolving sector.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's operations, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities within the financial sector.
- Foster an interactive environment that delivers exceptional results for both the agency and the client.
- Serve as an inspiring leader who establishes the context and direction for the team.
- Balance the roles of agency advocate and client supporter, ensuring both parties' needs are met.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships.
- Oversee agency performance by identifying challenges, understanding capabilities, and bridging gaps.
- Lead the execution of account strategies, objectives, and targets.
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure effective account management and identify profitability enhancement opportunities.

- Ensure that account activities contribute to the agency's growth, including capability enhancement, knowledge sharing, best practices, succession planning, and case studies.

Uphold and promote the agency's values and standards.

Qualifications:
- Extensive management experience in digital marketing, advertising, product development, or consulting.
- Proven ability to lead and influence client engagements.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, customer relationship management, product lifecycle management, and digital marketing strategies.
- Expertise in fostering strong senior-level client relationships across marketing, customer experience innovation, technology procurement, and finance.
- Enthusiasm for emerging technologies and digital products.
- Demonstrated experience in profitably managing a significant business unit.
- Familiarity with the product development lifecycle.
- Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
- Appreciation for the intricacies of digital production.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving new and organic business growth.
- Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
