The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for shaping and executing the vision and strategic direction of this specialized staging, storage, and logistics firm. This role encompasses the development and implementation of business strategies aimed at achieving profitability and growth, with full accountability for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the organization, including Operations, Sales/Marketing, Engineering, and Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with the Board of Directors and senior management to formulate strategic plans that align with the company's long-term objectives.
  • Oversees the establishment and execution of operational goals and performance metrics that support the overarching strategic plan.
  • Partners with the sales and marketing teams to drive effective growth initiatives.
  • Develops and approves annual budgets, continuously monitoring performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in conjunction with the CEO.
  • Recruits, trains, mentors, and assesses the performance of department leaders.
  • Implements innovative processes and procedures to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall effectiveness.
  • Collaborates with the CEO to design and execute effective compensation and performance incentive programs.
  • Establishes and enforces capacity utilization strategies for optimal and profitable operations.
  • Fosters internal talent development through comprehensive training programs, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Engages with customers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
  • Identifies and evaluates new business opportunities, articulating strategic directions and options within the company’s growth plan.
  • Promotes a corporate culture characterized by respect, trust, integrity, and engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Over 10 years of diverse management experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role with comprehensive operational and P&L responsibilities.
  • A high level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing performance metrics throughout an organization.
  • Proven ability to drive profitable business growth through innovation and market expansion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
  • Expertise in cultivating a collaborative organizational culture.
  • Strong general management capabilities and proven leadership experience.
  • Robust business acumen with a focus on results.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to enhance productivity and meet established targets.
  • Strong project management expertise.
  • Ability to formulate and execute strategic initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capacity to drive sales growth by comprehensively understanding market dynamics.
  • Outstanding financial and budget management abilities.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
