The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for shaping and executing the vision and strategy to expand this small to mid-sized enterprise focused on staging, storage, and logistics.

The CEO will hold complete P&L accountability for this organization, encompassing Operations, Sales/Marketing, Engineering, and Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities:


Collaborates with the Board of Directors, CEO, and senior management to formulate strategic plans that align with long-term business goals.

Leads the creation and execution of operational objectives, plans, and performance metrics that support the overall strategic framework of the company.
Partners with the sales and marketing teams to drive effective growth initiatives.
Formulates and approves annual budgets while continuously monitoring performance through KPIs in conjunction with the CEO.
Recruits, trains, mentors, and assesses department leaders.
Implements innovative processes and procedures aimed at enhancing productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness across the organization.

Works alongside the CEO to design and execute competitive wage and salary structures as well as performance-driven incentive programs.

Establishes and enforces capacity utilization strategies for streamlined and profitable operations.
Develops internal talent through comprehensive training, coaching, and mentoring programs.
Engages with customers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
Identifies new business avenues to articulate and define directions within the company's growth strategy.

Qualifications, Skills, and Education:


Over 10 years of diverse management experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role with full operational and P&L oversight.

A high level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is essential.
Demonstrated experience in establishing metrics across an organization.
A proven history of successfully growing a business through innovation and market introduction.
A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline is required; an MBA is preferred.
Ability to foster a strong and collaborative organizational culture.
Exceptional general management and leadership capabilities.
Strong business insight with a focus on results.
Excellent problem-solving skills to maintain or enhance productivity levels.
Robust project management expertise.
Capability to develop, strategize, and implement effective plans.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

COMPENSATION
