Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of programmatic sales initiatives from conception to successful deployment.
  • Establish a systematic framework for various activation strategies.
  • Formulate a comprehensive project execution strategy, overseeing all aspects including progress monitoring, metrics evaluation, change management, and launch activities.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across all stakeholders impacted by the initiative, including partners and business sponsors.
  • Ensure alignment with the Global Sales Play Structure and the overarching global operational model.
  • Generate status reports to support discussions at workgroups and sponsor meetings.
  • Implement best practices throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring effective outcome tracking and benefit realization.
  • Review and validate Sales Play materials, including Pitch Decks, Customer Stories, Demos, Seller Maps, Value Workshops, and Target Account Lists.
  • Oversee planning and tracking of program milestones and deliverables, proactively managing risks and issues.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration to achieve the desired outcomes of the initiative.
  • Act as the representative voice for Global Sales Play within the geography and associated regions, closely coordinating with Sales Operations and Go-To-Market strategies.

Candidate Profile:

  • 6-8 years of direct project management experience in Sales Plays, Sales Activation Programs, Sales Operations, or Sales Enablement.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects within enterprise settings.
  • Strong understanding of business and sales processes, along with the behaviors of sales personas.
  • Experience in leading discussions with executive leadership.
  • Exceptional time management and communication capabilities.
  • Proficient in guiding teams and providing solutions while effectively addressing obstacles.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate project crises successfully.
  • Skilled in linking efforts to prevent redundancy.
