Location: Remote/In-person role
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate with additional shift differentials for night shifts

Schedule: Flexible shifts including weekends and weekdays
Crisis Connections is dedicated to providing essential telephone-based support services that are accessible to individuals in crisis. Our mission is to promote resilience and well-being by connecting individuals with compassionate support.
Position SummaryAs a Crisis Services Clinician, you will serve as a qualified Mental Health Professional with extensive training in various crisis intervention functions. Your primary role will involve overseeing operations within the call center, collaborating with clinical staff and paraprofessionals to ensure effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Crisis Coordination: Supervise phone staff, providing guidance and oversight during shifts.
- Clinical Oversight: Monitor and coach team members, ensuring adherence to best practices in crisis intervention.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and assessments.
- Mental Health Triage: Conduct assessments on crisis calls, evaluating risk and implementing appropriate interventions.
- Community Consultation: Offer professional guidance to callers regarding mental health resources and crisis management.
New hires will undergo comprehensive training, including onsite shifts and online modules, to ensure readiness for their roles. Continuous professional development is encouraged to stay updated with the latest practices in mental health.
QualificationsApplicants should possess a Master's degree in social sciences and have a minimum of two years of supervised experience in mental health. Previous supervisory experience and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments are essential.
