As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our crisis phone room, supervising and mentoring staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Supervision and Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to staff members, including training and coaching on call handling skills and relevant policies and procedures.
- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the crisis phone room, including scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance monitoring.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with organizational standards and best practices.
- Community Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with community partners, including behavioral health providers and other stakeholders.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in crisis intervention, supervision, and leadership.
- Education: Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work, or related field.
- Experience: Two years of experience working with individuals in crisis, preferably in a crisis hotline or call center setting.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Competitive Salary: $40-$42/hour, depending on experience.
