Position Title: Crisis Services Clinician
Employment Type: Available in both Full-Time and Part-Time roles
Compensation: $35.45/hour plus an additional $4/hour for GY shift differential
Union Affiliation: OPEIU
Work Schedule: Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee crisis services and provide direction to staff in the call center
- Evaluate and respond to crisis calls while ensuring compliance with established protocols
- Supervise and assess phone operators for quality control
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure effective crisis management
