- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Represent Talentix Inc. at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to generate leads.
- Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and results using CRM software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the healthcare staffing or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of successfully securing new business contracts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, including industry trends and regulations.
- Understanding of EHR (Electronic Health Records) and CTMS (Clinical Trial Management Systems) is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
