Business Development Manager/Trainer

ASCI Corp is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager/Trainer to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and training, with a strong understanding of the retail channel and a passion for DJI products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase DJI sku counts and sales at retail stores
- Provide training and support to retail store employees to ensure they are knowledgeable about DJI products
- Work closely with vendors and product managers to execute vendor expectations and drive sales growth
- Conduct demos, regular meetings, and participate in customer events to promote DJI products
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and training, with a strong background in the retail channel
- Proven track record of success in sales and training, with a strong understanding of DJI products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, product managers, and retail store employees
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
- Ability to travel regularly to visit retail stores and participate in customer events
