Business Development Manager

Gotion is a leading power battery technology company that provides innovative solutions for electric vehicles and energy storage. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in business development, a BA in finance, marketing, or a related field, and 2+ years of experience in the energy sector, specifically energy storage. They will be responsible for building a functional team, developing and implementing best practices for small to large energy storage projects, and establishing methods for tracking construction progress and acquisition opportunities.
The Business Development Manager will also participate in industry conferences, networking committees, and maintain close connections to trends in the competitive market. They will develop relationships with key technology vendors and negotiate contracts with key customers, partners, vendors, consultants, and installation subcontractors.
The base pay range for this role is $100,000-$140,000 USD, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
