Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities and Sanitation Supervisor to join our team at Innovations in Nutrition + Wellness. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and sanitation of our facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the facilities and sanitation team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance and sanitation practices.
  • Develop and implement maintenance and sanitation schedules to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance and sanitation activities, including logs and reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize maintenance and sanitation practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and effective maintenance and sanitation services.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in facilities management and sanitation, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, effectively communicate concepts in conversation, and demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Basic knowledge of building and construction for minor repairs, mechanical knowledge of tools, their uses, repair, and maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of mathematics and their applications.
