Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 7-Eleven. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and operating the cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms, to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Cash Handling: Operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
- Merchandising: Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain visual displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and processing inventory shipments, including checking for damage and reporting any discrepancies.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other store team members to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store environment.
- Physical Demands: Constant standing, bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 1-5 pounds, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous retail experience preferred.
