Senior Manager, Commercial Finance
Direct Reports:
Your responsibilities will include supporting cross-functional partners in managing the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting for Domestic and New Market Sales expense objectives.
You will prepare monthly analyses comparing budgeted versus actual expenditures and provide commentary on operating expense fluctuations to monitor the achievement of EBITDA targets.
Additionally, you will assist in developing monthly and quarterly business reviews in collaboration with Sales leaders and conduct various ad-hoc analyses as needed.
Your role will also involve working closely with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to oversee Sales headcount management.
You will lead initiatives aimed at process enhancements across Finance & Accounting.
Furthermore, you will conduct quality control checks on company-wide bookings, ensuring accuracy in both quantity and financial figures.
QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting is required.
2-4 years of experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics within a dynamic setting, supporting both financial and operational decision-makers.
A proven history of managing projects and driving their successful completion across various functions.
Experience in implementing process improvements focused on quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a strong focus on quality and deadlines.
Experience in Commercial or Sales Finance is preferred.
Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills for regular interaction with both financial and non-financial leaders.
Strong attention to detail, excellent planning and organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
