What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include supporting cross-functional partners in managing the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting for Domestic and New Market Sales expense objectives.

You will prepare monthly analyses comparing budgeted versus actual performance and provide commentary on operating expense fluctuations to monitor the achievement of EBITDA targets.

Additionally, you will assist in developing monthly and quarterly business reviews with Sales leadership and conduct various ad-hoc analyses.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to oversee Sales headcount management.

Your role will also involve leading process enhancement initiatives across Finance & Accounting.

Moreover, you will perform quality control checks on company-wide bookings for both quantity and monetary values.

What You Bring

A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.

2-4 years of experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics within a dynamic setting, supporting both financial and operational decision-makers.

A proven history of managing projects and driving their successful completion across different functions.

Experience in implementing process improvements aimed at enhancing quality, efficiency, and timeliness.

Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a focus on quality and deadlines.

Preferred experience in Commercial/Sales Finance.

Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills for regular interaction with both financial and non-financial leaders.

Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational and planning abilities, along with the capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
