Your Role

As the Senior Analyst in Commercial Financial Operations, you will collaborate with various teams within the finance department and engage with essential business leaders to ensure effective financial oversight and performance management of the Sales division.

Your responsibilities will encompass problem-solving, financial modeling, reporting, and fostering reliable partnerships across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Reports to:
Senior Manager, Commercial Finance
Direct Reports:

You will assist cross-functional business partners in managing the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting for Domestic and New Market Sales expense objectives.

Your role will involve preparing monthly budget versus actual analyses and providing commentary on operating expense fluctuations to monitor the achievement of EBITDA targets.

You will contribute to the development of monthly and quarterly business reviews with Sales leadership and perform various ad-hoc analyses as required.

Collaboration with Talent Acquisition and People Operations will be essential to manage Sales headcount effectively.

You will spearhead process improvement initiatives across Finance & Accounting.

Additionally, you will conduct company-wide quality checks on bookings for both quantity and financial figures.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting is required.

2-4 years of experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics within a dynamic setting, supporting both financial and operational decision-makers.

A proven history of managing projects and driving their successful completion across various functions.

Experience in enhancing processes with a focus on quality, timeliness, and increased efficiency.

Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a strong focus on quality and deadlines.

Experience in Commercial or Sales Finance is preferred.

Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills are necessary for regular interaction with both financial and non-financial business leaders.

Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and planning skills, and the capacity to multitask, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
