We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Preparation: Prepare documents such as memos, invoices, and reports using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Communication and Coordination: Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Mail Management: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing mail for shipment.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate conference room reservations.
  • Supply Management: Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.
  • Filing and Organization: Assist with the organization and maintenance of electronic and physical filing systems.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
