Operations and Administrative Coordinator

Core Responsibilities:
Administrative and Operational Duties
- Oversee calendars, arrange meetings, and maintain documentation.
- Assist in the development of reports, presentations, and corporate materials.
- Manage email communications, inventory of office supplies, and data management.
- Organize company events, team gatherings, and other initiatives to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Provide support across departments with practical tasks as required, from logistical coordination to basic office upkeep.
Marketing and Social Media Support
- Help in crafting and scheduling fundamental social media content as necessary.
- Assist with email and SMS marketing initiatives.
- Support the tracking and reporting of campaign outcomes under the guidance of the marketing team.
Required Qualifications:
- Must reside in the Miami area and be available for on-site work.
