Positions Available:

  • Front Desk Coordinator with expertise in insurance verification and patient check-in for a Family Medicine Office.
  • Front Desk Coordinator with experience in insurance verification and patient check-in for an Endocrinology Office.
  • Medical Assistant roles available for both Full-Time and Part-Time in Family Medicine and Endocrinology specialties.

Language Requirements: Must be fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Duties:

  • Manage all administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Communicate with insurance providers for accurate verification.
  • Utilize Availity and other insurance portals effectively.
  • Handle specialty referral requests.
  • Collect copayments and manage patient appointment reminders.

Medical Assistant Duties:

  • Assist medical staff with routine clinical tasks.
  • Perform blood draws and EKGs.
  • Manage pharmacy requests and maintain patient charts.
  • Guide patients to examination rooms.
  • Conduct routine diagnostic tests and assist in procedures.
  • Document patient medical histories and vital signs.
