Overview

The Director of Lifecycle Marketing is responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of programs aimed at enrollment, patient engagement, and retention. This role is pivotal in ensuring that patients experience a seamless journey, fostering strong relationships and trust. Reporting directly to the VP of Patient Experience, this position may require occasional travel.

Key Collaborations: Collaborate with teams across Enterprise Operations, Analytics, Clinical, Technology, and Marketing Operations to achieve enrollment and retention objectives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive omni-channel strategy for patient engagement.
  • Design nurturing campaigns to maintain CCS Medical's presence during patient reorder cycles.
  • Engage with stakeholders to create compelling patient experiences.
  • Set benchmarks and reporting standards for patient communications.
  • Coordinate creative initiatives with the Marketing Operations team.
  • Oversee project and program management tasks.
  • Uphold confidentiality and comply with relevant regulations.

Expected Outcomes

  • Execute omni-channel patient journeys for effective enrollment and engagement.
  • Leverage automation tools such as Marketo.
  • Establish clear benchmarks and reporting for measurable impact.
  • Exhibit strategic and innovative thinking.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, preferably within the Healthcare sector.
  • Educational background – Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in both digital and traditional communication strategies.
  • Extensive experience with Marketo is essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong writing capabilities.
  • Experience in reporting and analytics is required.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
