Overview

The Director, Lifecycle Marketing role will drive the strategy and implementation of enrollment, engagement, and retention programs for CCS Medical. They will ensure patients have a cohesive experience, building a deep relationship and trust with the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy to drive patient engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Enterprise Operations, Analytics, Clinical, Tech, and Marketing Operations, to meet enrollment and engagement goals.
  • Design and implement omni-channel patient journeys for enrollment and engagement, leveraging automation tools like Marketo.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting to measure the effectiveness of patient communications.
  • Work with stakeholders to create engaging patient experiences, including nurture campaigns and creative content.
  • Project and program management to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in digital and offline communications and campaigns.
  • High level of expertise in Marketo and other marketing automation tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and writing skills.
  • Reporting and analytics experience required.
  • Critical thinking and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
