Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape the vision and strategic direction for the Wellness Products category
  • Oversee brand management, creative content production, competitive market analysis, public relations, events, and more
  • Lead e-commerce strategies and forge partnerships with third-party e-commerce platforms
  • Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit and excel in leading teams
  • Collaborate with various departments to meet business objectives

Essential Duties:

  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights
  • Develop creative content for brand promotion
  • Manage marketing communications effectively
  • Create comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies
  • Supervise advertising, public relations, events, and digital marketing efforts
  • Direct the e-commerce journey and partnership initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed organizational structure

  • Experience in startup or luxury sectors is advantageous
  • Authorization to work in the US

Compensation: $148,250 - $191,850
