Overview

The Director of Lifecycle Marketing will spearhead the strategic development and execution of programs aimed at enrollment, engagement, and retention of patients. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless patient journey, fostering trust and strong relationships. Reporting directly to the VP of Patient Experience, this position requires a willingness to travel on a quarterly basis.

Key Collaborations: Collaborating with teams across Enterprise Operations, Analytics, Clinical, Technology, and Marketing Operations to achieve enrollment, engagement, and retention objectives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive omni-channel strategy for patient engagement.
  • Design nurture campaigns to maintain CCS Medical's presence during patient reorder intervals.
  • Engage with stakeholders to create compelling patient experiences.
  • Set benchmarks and reporting mechanisms for patient communications.
  • Coordinate creative initiatives with the Marketing Operations team.
  • Oversee project and program management tasks.
  • Uphold confidentiality and comply with regulatory standards.

Expected Outcomes

  • Execute omni-channel patient and/or customer journeys focused on enrollment and engagement.
  • Leverage automation tools such as Marketo.
  • Establish benchmarks and reporting for clear impact assessment.
  • Exhibit strategic and innovative thinking.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, preferably within the Healthcare sector.
  • Educational background – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in both digital and traditional communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Extensive experience with Marketo is essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong writing capabilities.
  • Experience in reporting and analytics is required.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
