Position Title: Head of Creative Strategy

Location: Remote

We are on the lookout for a talented and seasoned Head of Creative Strategy to join our innovative team at Photon. This role is crucial in steering our creative initiatives from initial concept through to successful execution. The Head of Creative Strategy will be instrumental in crafting unique and impactful creative solutions that resonate with our clients' goals and brand identity.

Core Responsibilities:
  1. Direct the creative team in producing engaging concepts and designs across multiple platforms, including digital, print, video, and experiential.
  2. Work closely with clients and internal teams to grasp project specifications, objectives, and target demographics.
  3. Offer creative leadership and insight throughout the project timeline, ensuring that all outputs meet or surpass client standards.
  4. Guide and motivate team members, nurturing a culture of innovation, teamwork, and ongoing development.
  5. Keep updated with industry advancements, best practices, and new technologies, incorporating fresh ideas and methodologies into our creative workflow.
  6. Oversee various projects concurrently, from idea generation to final output, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
  7. Evaluate and endorse creative outputs, providing constructive feedback to align with project objectives and client aspirations.
  8. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure that creative outputs align with broader business goals.
  9. Build and sustain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic collaborator.
  10. Assess project performance and metrics, identifying areas for enhancement and growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a creative leadership capacity, ideally within an agency or corporate setting.
  • A robust portfolio that highlights a diverse array of creative projects across different mediums.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a talent for inspiring and energizing team members.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
  • Comprehensive understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Outstanding project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, focused on delivering outcomes that drive business success.
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative, cross-functional team setting.
