Enterprise Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at Syndio. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving direct sales of our growing suite of products to senior-level contacts at large enterprise companies around the world.
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will have a stake in shaping the future of the company and will play a critical role as we launch a new suite of products this year. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation and management, qualification, demo, evaluation, and close.
You will define and execute territory plans and account plans to ensure you exceed your goals. You will develop and manage your sales pipeline, and simultaneously move a large number of transactions through the sales pipeline.
You will become an expert at product demonstrations, as well as the legal and regulatory aspects of pay equity and other workplace equity topics. You will participate in the RFP process for prospects, including qualifying leads to ensure a good fit and providing a final review of all responses.
You will operate with the mentality that sales is a team sport, and bring in Syndio SMEs—e.g. lawyer, labor economist, data scientist, testifying expert, CEO—to help you win and exceed your goals.
About YouWe are looking for someone who is a believer in workplace equity and who wants to propel their sales career to the next level. To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- More than 7+ years of experience in sales—5 as a closer
- Consistent overachievement of sales goals in large enterprise sales
- Experience running and owning technology demos
- Experience in outbound prospecting and generating leads in your territory
- Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach (or outreach equivalent)
- A highly disciplined approach to selling
- Savvy, capable of curating a thoughtful approach to pay equity, diversity and inclusion, and workplace fairness for each individual client
- Attracted to the challenge of a startup environment and able to adapt to—and thrive—amidst change
- A positive attitude, hustle, and persistence in your role
- An excellent communicator, able to build relationships quickly with your colleagues, clients, and prospects
- Curious, a great listener who knows where to poke and prod with prospects to inspire them to take action and drive organizational change
- Able to drive a deal and proactively lead prospects and customers (rather than reacting to their requests)
- Proficient with spreadsheets, presentation, and project management business applications

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $145k per year with a $285k at target earnings, with no cap. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.
We also offer Syndio Equity, so you can share in Syndio's success. You will have access to flexible vacation policy, paid sick and safe time, compassion leave, and voting leave. You will also have 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, with Syndio paying 90% of employee premiums, and 50% for dependents. We also offer life insurance and disability coverage, with Syndio covering the full premium.
