Your Role:

As a Strategic Account Manager focused on Dealer Success, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the vitality and retention of our premier automotive dealer accounts. Collaborating closely with a designated sales team, your primary objective will be to enhance dealer performance and support our sales force in client acquisition and retention. You will serve as the main liaison for dealers who engage with our advertising services, managing a portfolio of over 2,700 accounts across 47 dealer groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Identify growth opportunities and optimize product offerings tailored to the specific needs of each account in collaboration with National Sales Managers.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze account performance using various metrics and reporting tools, ensuring proactive management of Google Analytics goals and implementation.
  • Client Consultation: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders within assigned dealership groups, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Project Coordination: Advocate for the customer’s voice within the organization, addressing complex challenges and implementing tailored solutions in partnership with internal teams.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Salesforce, and advanced Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical abilities to visualize and narrate data effectively.
  • Critical thinking skills to navigate complex problem-solving scenarios.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to clarify and drive business value.
  • A genuine desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
