Tennis Channel CRM Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Sinclair Inc. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute data-driven CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Partner with key stakeholders to define the strategy, objectives, and KPIs for customer outreach programs.
- Create and manage our CRM calendar and coordinate content with other marketing channels.
- Manage the end-to-end creative development of campaigns and ensure all content meets our brand standards.
- Manage the day-to-day execution of all customer outreach programs in platforms.
- Partner with product to ensure integration of customer experience into our overall product experience.
- Continuously monitor customer engagement and provide dashboards, analytics, and insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Maintain customer database and lead the segmentation of audiences to identify opportunities for increased customer conversion and retention.
- Define and execute A/B tests to improve customer engagement rates, conversion rates, and retention rates.
- 3-4 years' experience with customer relationship management, with success in personalization, optimization, and journey development.
- 2-3 years' experience with customer relationship management platforms such as Salesforce.
- Expert understanding of customer relationship management, including customer segmentation, customer journeys, and customer analytics.
- Demonstrated track record of developing strategies based on business objectives and executing CRM programs that delivered measurable business results.
- Understanding of data privacy in relation to customer relationship management and customer databases.
- Knowledge and experience of dynamic content creation with use of scripting languages.
- Copywriting skills.
- Superior organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders with a keen eye to identify business priorities.
- Experience managing agency partners and marketing budgets.
