**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as VP, On Premise Marketing. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the On Premise marketing strategy, driving commercial growth across the entire On Premise channel, and overseeing the development of a diverse and inclusive On Premise culture.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute the On Premise marketing strategy, including the development of year-through segment and Key Account programming, supported by Brand-lead programming.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure the marketing strategies, programming, and events accelerate commercial growth across the entire On Premise channel.
  • Oversee the On Premise Trade & Key Account Marketing, On Premise Festival & Event, Consumer & Industry Marketing, and regional On Premise Marketing departments.
  • Lead the development of large-scale programs, campaigns, or projects that drive business growth and improve market share.
  • Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the success of the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market research, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and ensure the company remains competitive.

**Requirements:**

  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing/Sales Management, with a proven track record of driving commercial growth and developing successful marketing strategies.
  • Leadership experience, with a strong ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Experience with the On Premise channel, festival and events, brand marketing strategy, and the ability to find creative and unique solutions.
  • Experience developing short to long-term strategic commercial marketing plans that improve business growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of market research and analysis.
  • Experience creating large-scale programs, campaigns, or projects that drive business growth and improve market share.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills an advantage.
