Primary Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will provide essential administrative support to executives, ensuring efficient operation of daily tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and coordinating the creation of correspondence, reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
  • Organizing and managing meetings, conferences, special events, and travel logistics.
  • Preparing and processing financial and operational documents, including materials for meetings and reports.
  • Attending meetings to document proceedings and maintain records of all relevant materials.
  • Following up on action items to ensure timely completion and distributing necessary correspondence.
  • Managing visitor and call screening, as well as maintaining executive calendars.
Qualifications

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience (1 year of relevant job experience may be considered).
Preferred Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • A background in healthcare is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Ability to establish and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Experience in taking meeting minutes.
  • Familiarity with multiple electronic platforms for compliance reporting.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Email).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professionalism.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
