CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome and assist clients upon arrival.
- Engage with clients in both English and Spanish.
- Provide support for Spanish-speaking clients, aiding in communication with legal representatives.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Manage incoming calls and other correspondence, ensuring proper routing.
- Ensure all received documents are accurately processed and archived.
- Oversee the inventory of office supplies and initiate orders for replacements as needed.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Handle petty cash and organize receipts for credit card transactions.
- Conduct bank transactions, including deposits and check issuance.
- Assist in account openings and recording deposits in accounting software.
- High School Diploma, associate's degree, or relevant background in administration/accounting.
- A minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role or related to accounting.
- Strong problem-solving skills essential for fulfilling job responsibilities.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and detail-oriented.
- Bilingual: Proficiency in Spanish is required.
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $18.00 per hour - Negotiable based on relevant skills, education, and experience.
