Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including scheduling meetings and appointments
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
    • Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Financial Management
    • Process invoices and payments
    • Update accounts receivable and payable databases
    • Ensure accuracy and validity of financial information
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
    • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements and Skills
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • 2+ years of administrative experience preferred
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
