Job Summary

LOGZONE, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our office personnel and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide receptionist duties, including answering phone calls, responding to messages, and greeting clients.
  • Support the Property Manager in managing office automation initiatives, including technical system maintenance.
  • Offer administrative support to office personnel and clients, including various tasks such as reminders, phone calls, memos, emails, and data gathering.
  • Liaise between Agencies, Property Management, and General Contractors.
  • Process and distribute mechanical/custodial service requests, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Act as a timekeeper for the So.IL/IN Service Center, entering and tracking timekeeping using HR Links.
  • Establish and maintain file programs.
  • Collect and catalogue FSS information.
  • Submit office supply requests.
  • Send, receive, and disburse incoming and outgoing mail and packages for office personnel.
  • Issue keys to client representatives and contractors.
  • Maintain office logs.
  • Operate computer programs such as Google, Internet Explorer, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Publishers.
  • Perform other administrative duties as requested by the Supervisory Property Manager.
  • Develop and maintain a current Procedures Manual, covering key tasks and functions performed by administrative services positions.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Resourcefulness, initiative, and skill to function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail in goal/task accomplishment with minimal supervision.
  • Professionalism and the ability to interact effectively with others.
  • Ability to meet planned and unscheduled deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Background suitability clearance (HSPD-12) by GSA, prior to work and maintenance of this suitability clearance.
  • Able to work independently, with adequate supervision provided by the Contractor to ensure successful performance.
  • Contractor shall ensure that the Government only pays for actual hours worked under this effort.
  • Minimum Qualifications: Two (2) or more years in an administrative capacity, preferably with a Government Agency or Contractor.
